China “Pai Mu Tan” White Peony
A premium white tippy tea with a delicate flavour.
Ingredients: Very large, colourful leaf silvery tips. Province Fujian.
This is harvested in spring and produced according to a time honoured tradition. After being picked White peony is dried in sun and gently roasted.
This is produced by plucking the bud and one or two leaves and a bud of larger leafed tea trees or narcissus tea tree shorter and smaller sprouts..
This tea is the least processed tea and hence high in polyphenols making it great ally to fight viruses, bacteria and has high antioxidants making it good for building immunity.
Light brown infusion smooth, floral very slightly baked taste.
Suitable for all water types recommended with alkaline water for best health benefits.
Ideal on its own or a slice of lemon goes nicely with this tea.
